CAREERLINK LIFE/JOB SKILLS WORKSHOP

 Objective

• To assist the unemployed, or career-challenged
• individual to move toward meaningful employment and self sufficiency.

 Introduction

CareerLink workshops uses WorkNet, Holistic Hardware or a CareerLink curriculum to address practical, social,

emotional, and spiritual roadblocks to meaningful employment that encourage development of a life plan and

career path as opposed to the just get a job mentality.

Professional Resume Preparation

Interviewing Skills

Work Ethic

Goal Setting

Job Search Strategies

Career Planning

All aspects of the training incorporate biblical principles that align with God given gifts and talents to move toward a long term plan for success.

To serve the churches and ministry partners by helping mobilize their congregation to assist the underprivileged in their community.

What criteria must a ministry have to be involved?

Christ centered burden for the underprivileged.

A class director/administrator from the church/organization who will coordinate the workshop.

Funds for meals and /other minimal expenses.

Transportation/childcare assistance.

Pastors and other presenters for class sessions.
